The annual University of Edinburgh Learning and Teaching Conference brings together staff and students across the University to celebrate and share good practice and innovation in learning and teaching. We invite leading scholars from around the world to give keynote presentations on subjects at the forefront of learning and teaching to inspire and inform our conversations. 

The second University of Edinburgh Learning and Teaching Conference was on Wednesday 19th June 2019 at the John MacIntyre Conference Centre, Pollock Halls of Residence.

We were delighted to be joined by two keynote speakers:

  • Professor Peter Felten, Professor of History, Assistant Provost for Teaching and Learning, and Executive Director of the Center for Engaged Learning at Elon University, North Carolina, USA.
  • Dr Camille Kandiko Howson, Imperial College London.
