How to resubmit your Fellowship claim. Step 1 - retrieve your original submissionsRetrieve your original submission form. Step 2 - read the instructions on the form and completeBefore making any changes to your document, start by reading the instructions on how to do a resubmission, outlined in section 7 of the form. Complete all sections relevant to a resubmission, and abide by the instructions provided within the document. Copy and paste the panel feedback into the submission form, in the relevant section, as instructed. Step 3 - make your changesTurn Track changes on, so that any changes you make to the document (text added or deleted) will be easy to see by assessors. Please explicitly explain what you have changed in the ‘Response to feedback’ sectionResubmissions do not have the same word count limitations as the original submission. You will be told in your feedback from the panel, roughly how much text is needed.Please do not alter the format of the form.When you start making changes, ensure that your document has Track changes turned on. For further information about how to use Track changes, please see this short video on using track changes in Word.Please do not include mentor comments within the resubmissionStep 4 - save and submitWhen you have completed all changes, save your original file as ‘Resubmission_your name’. Submit your resubmission by emailing the EdTA team, at any time, typically before the next EdTA submission deadline. Send your email to: IAD.cpdframework@ed.ac.ukThe email should include your revised submission form (Tracked changes on) and all of your supporting statements, as before.Please confirm your Fellowship category in the body of the emailStep 5 - confirmationA confirmation email will be sent back to you from the EdTA team confirming that you have successfully submitted all of the correct documentation for a resubmission. If you resubmitted for a Minor Amendments, we will likely respond releasing your award within 2-4 weeks, but may request further clarification or information.
