Registration for external delegates – Opening 28 April 2025, 10am. Registration will close on Friday 31st May 2025.Who can register? Any University of Edinburgh staff or student can register to attend the conference. Tickets for this conference are free. There are 400 in-person tickets. There are also on-line tickets for those unable to attend in-person. If there are in-person tickets still available after 28 April, registration will be opened to external delegates. Ticket Types There are three ticket types to choose from: Staff: Please only select this option if you are a member of staff. Student: Please only select this option if you are a student. Online ticket: Please select this option if you wish to join the conference but cannot attend in person. Two lecture theatres (Oak and Larch) at the Nucleus will be streamed through Teams so you will only be able to view the presentations delivered in these rooms. These will include Welcome and Opening remarks, Keynote talk, Poster Pitches, and some Panel and Presentation sessions. You will be able to interact through the Teams chat with other delegates, but will not be able to ask questions to the presenters. Learning and Teaching Conference on Microsoft Teams The Conference will be supported by a dedicated Microsoft Teams site. All delegates, both in-person and online, will be added by the Conference Team to this Teams site a few weeks before the Conference. The Team site will allow the delegates to: Watch the streamed sessions in Oak and Larch Lecture Theatres Engage with online posters Access Conference information including: Conference joining instructions, Conference schedule, Nucleus floorplans, technical assistance, and Conference support. If you can no longer attend the Conference in-person, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite or let the Learning and Teaching Conference team know at lt.conference@ed.ac.uk as soon as possible so we can free up your ticket for one of your colleagues.
