Discuss challenges with peers and learn new skills Panels and workshops provide an opportunity to discuss and learn from peers and learn key skills relevant for PIs. Both the panels and the workshops are informed and shaped by you, and we welcome your suggestions for what topics you would like to see, either in a Researcher Realities panel event or as part of a half-day workshop. More information on both options is available below. Researcher Realities panel events Researcher Realities bring together panels of researchers providing opportunities for open and honest discussions around the many challenges and realities of being a researcher. Researcher Realities events are researcher led and can include a range of topics and a range of researchers, from postdocs to professors. If you would like to make suggestions for specific topics you would like to see addressed in a Researcher Realities panel event, we welcome your suggestions and invite you to let us know through the ‘Contact us’ tab below. Workshops Workshops provide opportunities to develop skills in particular areas and a chance to discuss and learn from peers in a supportive environment. They are typically half-day interactive workshops and are delivered in-person. If there are workshops you would like to see as part of the PI offer, we welcome your suggestions and invite you to let us know through the ‘Contact us’ the tab below.
