Researcher developmentThe researcher development team - now based in Edinburgh Research office (ERO) as of 1 Feb 2026 - can provide advice and text around training and development and research cultures for research related funding applications. Examples of what we can do include: Initial discussion about training, development and culture initiatives which may be of relevance to the call or application Input about costing for training and development Drafting of text about IAD training and development relevant to the application Feedback on draft text on training and development in applications The extent to which we can provide this advice and support will depend on a number of factors and it is always advisable to have these discussions as far in advance as possible.
