Resources to help you support your students to be effective learners. Supporting transitions is an important part of the cohort lead role. These might be transitions into higher education, transitions into the later years of undergraduate, or transitions to postgraduate study. During transitions students often have to rethink how they learn, as effective learning differs between contexts, levels and subject areas. The IAD's Study Hub Learning Resources are designed to provide advice and guidance to support students to learn and study effectively. Each topic page includes downloads and templates that can be adapted by staff for their own students. Contact iad.students@ed.ac.uk if you would like copies of the original files to adapt.
