Workshops mapped against the UK's Researcher Development Framework (RDF) The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) presents the characteristics (called descriptors) of an excellent researcher. There are a total of 63 characteristics (such as collaboration, communication methods, integrity, financial management, etc.). They have been grouped into four domains.The RDF can be used by researchers to evaluate their current skillset and plan their personal development.
